Phoenix Rising Horse Farm is the proud founder and home of the Blackstone Valley Pony Club. Pony Club is an international organization which emphasizes sportsmanship, horsemanship and riding skills for riders 7 to 21 years of age. Through mounted and unmounted meetings, ratings and rallies, members have the opportunity to expand their skills in a team atmosphere.
